A standout in the Celtic folk/rock music scene, Craic in the Stone is known for their unique sound and exciting performances. With over a decade performing at festivals and music venues all over SoCal, they have gathered a worldwide following of “Craic Heads.”
After recording three studio CDs, Craic in the Stone released a fully produced music video of “It’s Guinness,” an original song about their favorite beer, which is on their fourth CD, “PUB TUNES.” Their fifth release, “Sláinte” shows off the variety of styles the band is known for, and their sixth CD will drop in spring of 2025. Full of surprises, Craic will go from an Irish standard like “Whiskey in the Jar” right into a Led Zeppelin or U2 cover, and then rock one of their original tunes without skipping a beat. The classic story songs are beautifully told and when it’s time to dance, the infectious rhythms fill the room with excitement.
Frequently performing at long established local venues such as the Coach House and Muldoon’s Irish Pub, Craic in the Stone has also headlined major Celtic Festivals all over California and on Center Stage at the Fremont Street Experience in Las Vegas. They continue to expand their musical horizons by recording and performing new music that draws listeners from around the world and to local venues large and small.
This dynamic group of performers love to play live. The fun is infectious, and the ever-growing group of “Craic Heads” keep coming back for more.
Talented leading ladies Janelle and Chris captivate audiences with their powerful voices and energetic, expressive performances. Adding to the charisma of the leading ladies is the virtuosity of veteran fiddler Matt Brislawn, who brings the crowd to their feet with every solo. And the band’s rock-solid rhythm section with decades of experience surprise and delight at every turn with tight rhythms. adding depth and variety to the band’s ever evolving repertoire of originals, fresh covers, and Celtic/Irish/Scottish favorites.

Online tickets sales close at 6pm the night of the show. Any remaining tickets are for sale at Boulevard Music when doors open At 7:30pm unless noted otherwise. Tickets may also be purchased in person at Blvd Music or by phone (310) 398-2583 using a major credit card.
A $3 service charge per ticket is added to online and phone orders. All ticket sales are final. They are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. For online ticket purchases, you will need to provide the ticket barcode for entry. Please print your ticket or display the barcode on your phone.
Please note all shows start at 8pm and doors open at 7:30pm unless indicated otherwise. People who already have their tickets (purchased them in advance) get in first when doors open at 7:30 pm. After the people who already have their tickets are admitted any remaining tickets will go on sale.
