MURIEL ANDERSON
Guitarist, Harp-Guitarist and composer Muriel Anderson, embraces music from all over the world with a sense of grace, joy, and gentle humor. If you’re not already familiar with Muriel, you will find yourself smiling when you feel the joy of her music shining through a stunning array of styles.
Muriel is the first woman to have won the National Fingerstyle Guitar Championship. Her double CD, Nightlight Daylight, was chosen as one of the top 10 CDs of the decade by Guitar Player Magazine and placed first in its category in 11 national awards and her “Heartstrings” recording accompanied the astronauts on the space shuttle. Among those she has performed/recorded with are Chet Atkins, Les Paul, Victor Wooten, Tommy Emmanuel and the Nashville Chamber Orchestra. Muriel was also named one of the top 50 acoustic guitarists of all time by Guitar Player Magazine and recently named the top 10 female guitarists of all time. For her most recent innovative release Sailing Dreams, she has created a board game. This is on the heels of her Acoustic Chef, an internation CD with cookbook. Muriel is host of the renowned Muriel Anderson’s ALL STAR GUITAR NIGHT® and founder of the MUSIC FOR LIFE ALLIANCE charity.

Online tickets sales close at 6pm the night of the show. Any remaining tickets are for sale at Boulevard Music when doors open At 7:30pm unless noted otherwise. Tickets may also be purchased in person at Blvd Music or by phone (310) 398-2583 using a major credit card.
A $3 service charge per ticket is included in the price for online and phone orders. All ticket sales are final. They are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. For online ticket purchases, you will need to provide the ticket barcode for entry. Please print your ticket or display the barcode on your phone.
Please note all shows start at 8pm and doors open at 7:30pm unless indicated otherwise. People who already have their tickets (purchased them in advance) get in first when doors open at 7:30 pm. After the people who already have their tickets are admitted any remaining tickets will go on sale.
Please note that taking photos or any other type of recording is not allowed during performances at Boulevard Music.
