TWANGUERO SOLO—SPANISH ELECTRIC
Latin Grammy-winning guitarist Twanguero (Diego García) returns to Boulevard Music with Spanish Electric; a new solo format built around two very different guitars — and two sides of his musical world. Moving between the warmth and intimacy of Spanish guitar and the unmistakable sound of his electric Gibson, Twanguero traces a musical road through Spanish folk, Latin American rhythms and American roots, with detours into surf, rockabilly and cumbia. Known for his distinctive fingerstyle playing and cinematic approach to the guitar, Twanguero has performed around the world, from intimate listening rooms to major stages including the Kennedy Center. Guitar Player has called him “Spain’s King of Twang.” Spanish Electric brings all of those influences together in one evening: just Diego, his guitars, and the stories and roads behind the music.
Online tickets sales close at 6pm the night of the show. Any remaining tickets are for sale at Boulevard Music when doors open At 7:30pm unless noted otherwise. Tickets may also be purchased in person at Blvd Music or by phone (310) 398-2583 using a major credit card.
A $3 service charge per ticket is included in the price for online and phone orders. All ticket sales are final. They are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. For online ticket purchases, you will need to provide the ticket barcode for entry. Please print your ticket or display the barcode on your phone.
Please note all shows start at 8pm and doors open at 7:30pm unless indicated otherwise. People who already have their tickets (purchased them in advance) get in first when doors open at 7:30 pm. After the people who already have their tickets are admitted any remaining tickets will go on sale.
